Peak Season: May 27th to September 4th & October 7th to 10th

** One-Night Free Weekly Rate does not apply to any stays with a Saturday arrival or departure

* May 29th, June 19th, July 3rd & 4th, September 4th, and October 9th are priced the FRI & SAT Night rental rate.
Weekly rates for cabin rentals during these times may be slightly different than above as well.

*** 2 night minimum on weekends, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends, 2 night minimum for all cabin rentals
If a below-minimum stay is permitted, there may be an additional turnover fee charged to your stay

CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 2 P.M. // CHECK-OUT IS BY 11 A.M.
Early check-in (starting at 8 A.M.) and late check-out (by 4 P.M.) is only allowed if the site is available, and this option cannot be guaranteed.
Please check with us within 24 hours of your arrival if you plan to arrive early, and check with us on the morning of your departure if you wish to arrange a late check-out.

MONTHLY RATES FOR WATER/ELECTRIC SITES ***

$625 - $725 per month for off-peak season (May, Sept, & Oct)
$775 - $875 per month for peak season (June, July, & August)
***(Prices are for water/electric sites, full-hookup sites may be significantly higher)

RV STORAGE RATES

In RV Storage Lot:	$5 per night $30 per week $100 per month $200 for the winter
On Campsite (Non-Seasonal):	$10 per night (max 2) $250 for the winter

GUEST FEES / EXTRA ADULTS

All base rates include 2 adults (age 18+) and 4 children
Extra charges apply for additional people as follows:

DAY GUEST: $5.00 PER ADULT (AGE 18+) WITH UP TO 2 CHILDREN
VALID 8 A.M. - 10 P.M.

OVERNIGHT GUEST: $10.00 PER NIGHT PER EACH EXTRA ADULT / $5.00 PER NIGHT PER EXTRA CHILD
NOT TO EXCEED TWO ADULT GUESTS PER SITE, FOUR ADULT GUESTS PER 2-ROOM CABIN
(MAXIMUM FOUR ADULTS AND SIX KIDS TOTAL STAYING PER SITE // SIX ADULTS ALLOWED IN 2-ROOM CABINS ONLY)

PET FEES
 
Campsites: Free
Rustic Cabins: $10 per stay
Deluxe Cabins: $10 per night (max. $30 per week)
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OR AROUND CERTAIN CABINS OR IN ANY RENTAL TRAILERS.
(Please inform us of any pets that will be with you when booking and checking in)

ELECTRIC HEATERS AND WINDOW A/C UNITS ARE PROHIBITED

  Our cancellation policy: With 14 days or more notice before your arrival date, cancelling your reservation entitles you to a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee (rounded to nearest whole dollar). If you need to cancel, reschedule, or shorten your reservation within 14 days of your arrival, we will try to rent the site/cabin to another camper for the affected dates. If we are able to do so you will be responsible for only a 10% cancellation fee, but if we are not able to rent the site/cabin you will be responsible for the full price of any dates of your original reservation during which the site/cabin remains vacant (minimum 10% of the original stay).
